What a lovely event to be a part of. It's been such a long time since the industry have managed to get together face2face so this was an important day for both the exhibitors and attendees.
It was the second show for the OTAC team as they had been at Exeter on the 26th May 2021.
The OTAC show is a great platform which "ensures occupational therapists that attend keep up to date with the latest developments in the sector with CPD accredited seminars and training sessions conducted throughout the day".
There were certainly some great talks throughout the day from shower compatible seating from Gerberit and The OT's toolkit to facilitate safe patient handling from Invacare.
What I learned from today is that there is a real passion in the industry to provide the latest innovation to help care for the end user and help increase their freedom and independence.
