Regretfully, from 1st April Wessex will be closing its manufacturing and installation operation until we are clear of the virus and can operate safely. Wessex will however be carrying out emergency repairs and spare parts provision where possible. This element is critical in supporting the vulnerable in line with our status under the “Health and Social Care” supply chain, which has been deemed a critical service by the government.
We will continue to take sales enquiries to enable us to maintain a good level of support. Whilst we may not currently be in a position to make product survey visits in person, we will be able to offer advice and technical support to you, our customer via phone, text or email.
Through this time of adversity, we are learning new things about the business, employing new ideas and thinking and experimenting with new technologies. It will change the way we operate, and this will make us stronger in the future.
